ADMIT Candles - Product information and safety

ADMIT is one of the leading candle manufacturers in Poland. We have more than 20 years of experience in the production and design of candles. Below is some information on handling candles.

Labeling

There is an information label on the underside of each candle or on the joint packaging when sold in multiple pieces. There you will find information about the product, the manufacturer and a description of how to handle the candle. There is a basic minimum of information on the label for a simple reason - the label is small and more information would not fit. The treatment of the lamp is included in the pictograms - small pictures. Below you will find a description of the meaning of each pictogram.

Cartridges, replacement of fillings in the candle

Most candles produced and sold by us have a smoking element. Depending on the size of the candle, the inserts may vary in size, finish and type of paraffin. Some of them are placed in transparent plastic tubes for better combustion and resistance to weathering. Before lighting the candle, make sure that the insert is in good condition, undamaged, eg during transport, and that there are no elements in the tube that could disrupt the burning process - leaves, water, garbage.

After the insert burns out, you can use the snap-in again by replacing the insert with a new one. Be sure to insert the correct cartridges. The most common mistake when choosing a new filling is to keep the burning time as long as possible, so too large fillings are often bought that are not suitable for a candle of a given size. Remember that the candle must have room for the flame. Excessive filling can cause the cap to ignite, break the glass, or simply not burn due to poor air filtration.

Before buying a new cartridge, use a ruler to measure the inside diameter of the torch hole and the inside height.

You can insert cartridges of any manufacturer, oil or paraffin, pressed or flooded, electric.

Discard the candle after use

Remember to dispose of Snitch properly after use.

Glass element - throw the body of the lamp into the glass basket, depending on the commune, you can sort the glass into colored or colorless.

Plastic elements - cap, stand, pin - are made of polypropylene. You throw them in a trash can with plastic waste or in some villages in a plastic bag. Some candles also have plastic decorations glued directly to the glass, they need to be torn off the glass or appreciated and also thrown into "plastics".

After firing the cartridge case, you also throw the remaining tube with the "plastics" into the basket.

There are often special wardrobes at the cemetery, where you can put the used candle away and have it used again by other grave visitors.
